In the cloud, I've used quite a few services, incluing IFTTT, Microsoft Power Automate, and Zapier. I've had the most luck, however, with n8n. That allows me to join pretty much all of the stuff together.

  2. Self-Hosted Trello is a project management application created for all sizes of businesses.
I've used Microsoft Todo, Google Tasks, Trello and am just moving away from Todoist towards towards Asana. The main reason for this is because Asana is better at creating repeated project templates (i.e. Where steps are the same each time), and has the concept of task dependencies so I can filter what I see to only the "next" things, rather than a big overwhelming list of all the things. Asana is very much kanban-orientated, and has the ability to create different views to surface exactly what you want to see.

  5. Helps users prioritize their work and personal calendars
I tried manually doing this, and I find that the inflexibility didn't work for my schedule, or my needs. I've recently started using Reclaim.ai to manage this more flexibly. It seems to be working pretty well so far. And it works well with my next vital tool...

  6. Schedule Every Meeting Faster
I make lots of scheduling mistakes, and also struggle with being over-generous with my time. Giving people a link where they can find something that suits them takes a ton of the pressure of arranging stuff off. I use Calendar Hero for this. Combined with Reclaim it means people can choose from a big range of times that work without me worrying that I'll get over-committed.
